# Whop y Discord: reclamar tu compra

Whop es la plataforma donde compraste. Ahí vive tu **Quant Hub**: tu membresía, tus accesos y la puerta de entrada al Discord privado.

## 1. Entra a tu Quant Hub

1. Ve a **whop.com** e inicia sesión con el correo con el que compraste.
2. Arriba a la izquierda verás tu compra de **Quant Trident**. Entra.
3. Esa pantalla es tu Quant Hub: desde aquí se hace todo lo demás.

**¿No ves tu compra?** Seguramente entraste con otro correo. Cierra sesión y entra con el correo que usaste al pagar. Si sigues sin verla, revisa el correo de confirmación de Whop: trae un enlace directo a tu compra.

## 2. Conecta tu Discord

1. Dentro de tu Quant Hub, busca el paso de **Discord** y pulsa **Conectar / Join Discord**.
2. Se abre Discord y te pide autorizar a Whop. Acepta.
3. Whop te mete al servidor de **Quant Trident** y te pone tu rol de miembro **solo**. No hay que pedir nada.

**Verás:** el servidor de Quant Trident en tu lista de Discord, con los canales de miembros visibles. Si puedes ver **#abrir-ticket**, estás dentro.

## Si algo no va

| Ves                                                     | Significa                                                 | Haz                                                                                         |
| ------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Entraste al Discord pero no ves los canales de miembros | Se conectó otra cuenta de Discord, o el rol no se asignó. | En Whop, desconecta Discord y vuelve a conectar con la cuenta correcta.                     |
| Whop no encuentra tu compra                             | Sesión con otro correo.                                   | Entra con el correo de la compra. El correo de confirmación de Whop trae el enlace directo. |
| Te salió Discord en otro idioma o pide crear cuenta     | No tenías cuenta de Discord.                              | Créala ahí mismo (es gratis) y repite el paso 2.                                            |
